What your own posts taught you — the only data that outranks the research. The week, the rules, the rituals, and the log where every prediction meets its numbers.

03 · The Upload Plan

Your week, day by day

The full rhythm: 14 posts a week — 2 a day: an anchor at 8:00 AM ET and an experiment at 6:30 PM ET — with the flagship folded into Thursday’s anchor slot, plus a weekly newsletter on Sunday. Each post has a different job, so they never compete. Tap a day.

14posts / week — 2 per day
1flagship / week — inside Thursday’s anchor slot
1newsletter / week (Sunday)
Monthly: one long-form essay / deep breakdown (the Dan Koe slot — 30–50 min, big-swing topics). One of these per month compounds authority faster than 30 shorts.
Quarterly: one live-proof self-experiment (the GaryVee zero-follower test format — run a growth experiment on camera and report honest numbers).
Pace beats polish. Talk fast, quick cuts, keep it moving — Chida’s most-watched was a hand-drawn sketch, not a glossy reveal. Low-fi and honest outperforms overproduced.
Sunday = batch-film day. Film all 14 posts for the coming week in one session (scripts on a phone teleprompter), draft the newsletter, write every hook before shooting anything. No daily filming pressure — ever.

Series rules

How a format earns a standing slot — and how it keeps it.

Series rules

How the roster sequences content — and the counts this system was missing. Two flags stay visible: at steady state the roster runs more pillar-heavy (roughly 4:1) than the 2:1 proven/surge baseline, so the week-3 Sunday dial argues against 4:1, not 2:1 by default; and new formats get 3 posts (a numbered series, 6 installments) before a kill call — the Sunday bench reflex slows for new material only.

07 · The 90-Day Ramp

How you get to full volume

This lane compounds on volume, so the ramp is shorter than most — but still start by finding your templates before going daily.

Kill rules

The rules that end things. A format, a slot, a feature — when a kill rule fires, it fires.

Flagship on probation. If shorts beat the Thursday long-form 3 weeks straight, kill it — that filming time becomes more shorts.
List from day one. Adrian hit 10K newsletter subs in his first month, then sold a $699 college off it — ownership beats virality. The newsletter isn’t optional until it earns its slot; it’s the business.
Newsletter on probation. Under 30% open rate after 60 days and that writing time becomes 3 more shorts.
No identical cross-posts. Same file everywhere underperforms — rewrite the hook per platform instead.
No trending audio without a twist. Sounds with no added value are dead reach.

Weekly rituals

Grouped by when they run. The creator each ritual came from is named inside its card.

Daily

Pinned "take this" comment. Resource link + keyword, pinned within the first hour of every post.
DM new commenters (from-zero phase). While you’re small, thank new commenters in the DMs like Chida did early on — real relationships beat vanity metrics at zero.
Close teaching posts with a keyword gate. Ava of Personal Brand Launch (1M) bolts one keyword onto her teaching posts — comment the word, and the promised resource lands by DM, where the client conversation starts. Her gated posts pull roughly a comment per like (3.1K comments on 3.2K likes; 4.4K on 4.6K) while her ungated ones sit at 50–230 comments. Any teaching script with an offer behind it can carry the gate as its evening closer: one word, one real asset, delivered fast, nobody spammed after.

Sunday

Learn from your own posts. Every post gets torn down like a Radar video, batched at the Sunday review: sends, reach, sends-per-reach, average watch time. Read the retention curve, name the second viewers leave and why, and write the one fix into the next script that uses that format — log it all in the teardown log below. Once a month, the Vault’s format scores get checked against your own numbers: a format that underperforms for you gets marked down, however it did for the creator it came from. Your data outranks their data.
Sunday scoreboard. Pull the week’s 5 numbers per post — views, saves, shares, comments, follows (summed across TikTok, Reels, Shorts) — and enter them in the scoreboard. Double the winning pillar next week, bench the loser.
Batch-film Sundays. All 14 posts, one session, teleprompter on the phone. No daily filming pressure.
Bank the B-roll. Kien Nguyen (454K) films a month of B-roll in one two-hour session — shot list first, every moment filmed three ways, clips banked in folders and the best ones starred. Sunday batch day adds a standing bank session: film the week’s recurring moments once, then withdraw clips all week instead of creating daily.

Weekly

One numbered series. "Day X of 90" in a single slot — the number becomes the hook and builds appointment viewing.
A teaching series with part numbers. Kien’s “How to Film B-Roll” ran past Part 17 — one narrow skill, a new part every few days, every shot labelled with the job it does. Run one teaching series in the midday lab slot and never let it die: the part number makes the back catalog bingeable.
One teardown a week. One Peak Creative (335K) runs its whole teaching account on it: take one giant video in any niche, break it down in 60 seconds, end with the rules written out. Midday lab slot, weekly — the teardown teaches the format and proves the eye at the same time.
Run a stunt with a day counter. Their “Day 1: randomly calling customers to cancel their subscription” flipped a cancellation call into proof — 210 likes and 33 comments (Oct 21, 2026), the strongest of their recent reels. One live stunt, real stakes, numbered days, in the evening slot until it resolves.
One restart plan or hook teardown a week. Ava’s two biggest engines, on rotation in the surge slot: the full restart plan (her measured TikTok run did 931K plays, 57.9K saves, 15.2K shares — a save machine with a send layer) and the hook teardown, where a proven hook gets dissected line by line (her documented outlier family — 2.3M views, third-party measured). One a week, alternating; the plan recruits beginners, the teardown recruits peers.

Monthly

3 pinned posts. Day 1 of the journey, your best explainer, your most personal video. Pins are the funnel for profile visitors — Chida’s pins are exactly this trio.
One time-capsule a month. Film a message to your future audience (“recorded day X, open at 10K”) — Brandon’s 185K-view pin. The timestamp is proof nobody can argue with.
Re-run the system post. Kien re-posts his “30 days of B-roll in 2 hours” system every few months with a fresh opening — the March run pulled 4.3K likes and 1K comments. Your best system post gets a standing re-run each quarter; new followers never saw the first run.
Pin the growth story. Kien pins his own before story — “from 0 to 114K followers” (324K views) — next to his best tutorial and a series episode. Your pins: your best explainer, the current episode of your teaching series, and your own from-zero story, updated as the number climbs.

When it fires

Repost winners 3x. Top performers get reposted at 60+ days, up to three times. Free reach, safe under originality rules.
Week-2 time calibration. Check when YOUR audience is actually online; shift the three slots to match.

The log

Two views of the same record: the per-post teardown log, and the Sunday scoreboard it feeds.

Log at the Sunday review — one row per post, torn down while the retention curve is still fresh. Every post ships with a printed prediction band; the 48-hour read and the 7-day read land here, and the outcome is what tunes the next band. This log is what re-scores the Vault every month: your numbers outrank the source creators' numbers.
