Your week, day by day

The full rhythm: 6 shorts + 1 flagship long-form = 7 posts per week. Shorts go to TikTok + Reels + Shorts (same file, native captions each). Tap a day.

6short-form posts / week to start (Mon–Sat)
1long-form flagship / week (Thursday)
1/dayshorts target once a template is proven (Phase 2)
Quarterly: one spectacle-franchise episode (the annual-format play — calorie challenge, stunt, or record attempt; editions compound).
1–3× / year: a raw personal / life-event chapter. Scarcity is the point — these are consistently creators' biggest spikes (breakups, babies, comebacks all outperformed the fitness content).
Sunday = film day. Zero posts. Batch-film the week's shorts in one session; write all 7 hooks before you shoot anything.

The cheat sheet

Refreshed Oct 17, 2026. Retired: greetings (“Hi everyone”), “Wait don’t scroll”, “Storytime”, music-only hooks, 4s+ slow setups, untransformed reaction clips.

05 · The 90-Day Ramp

How you get to 7/week

Don't start at full volume. The lane's winners all found 1–2 repeatable templates first, then scaled. Three phases:

Phase 1 · Weeks 1–4

Test

  • 4 shorts/week across 4 different pillar templates (saveable workout, POV skit, myth-bust, reaction clip).
  • 1 flagship/month — a low-cost self-experiment or VS-style video.
  • Goal: find your 2 winning templates — the ones with the best view-to-follower ratio. Kill the other two.
  • Build your signature sign-off (one identical closing line on every video, like the lane's verdict templates).
Phase 2 · Weeks 5–8

Double down

  • Daily shorts on your 2 proven templates, alternating. Same formats, new premises.
  • 1 flagship/week starts (Thursday slot) — challenge, self-experiment, or collab episode.
  • Cut 1 short from every flagship — that's your Saturday reaction-style clip.
  • Goal: a repeatable weekly machine you can film in one Sunday session.
Phase 3 · Weeks 9–12

Scale

  • Full 7-post week on the day-by-day plan above.
  • Launch your first spectacle-franchise episode (the quarterly format — name it like a series from day one).
  • Ship 1 life chapter if you have one worth telling. If not, skip it — forced personal content flops.
  • Goal: the lane's compounding loop — volume + one proven template + one franchise.

The replication rules

  • Replicate formats, hooks, and cadence — never anyone's persona, jokes, or videos. The lane rewards a signature template, not a copy.
  • One video, one premise. Every top performer above is a single idea executed cleanly.
  • Entertainment on screen, value in the caption. The video earns the watch; the caption earns the save, the follow, and the click to your product.
  • Tag your own product on every saveable post from day one — even before it exists, the habit builds the funnel.
  • Comments are algorithm fuel. End myth-busts and VS videos with a genuine debate prompt, and reply to the first 20 comments yourself.
